About 80% of Georgia's population lives in urban or metro areas and 33% of this population lives outside of the Atlanta metro area in small cities and towns across the state. Residents in these places value their trees, which are constantly under threat from biotic and abiotic attacks. This session addresses new and existing threats to urban trees. By the conclusion of the program, agents will be familiar with basic diagnostic principles and be able to identify the biology, signs, and symptoms of key tree health problems, along with treatment options. The target audience for this webinar are Cooperative Extension Agents.
